Returns
Returns are not accepted, with the exception of faulty or damaged items.
Damages and issues
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us ASAP with an image and description of the damage.
This must be reported within two weeks of receiving, as no refund/exchange will be issued after this time.
If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you of instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
